New Year, New You!

Rachael, Eleonore and Stephanie share the same love for

spreading good health in the form of yogic practices, good

nutrition and nourishing delicious food to their clients.

They decided to combine their passions and invite you to

join them on Sunday 1st February for a day filled with

healthy inspiration and vitality to set the New Year off

to a vibrant start!

The Yoga: 10 - 11 a.m.

The day will begin with some breathing and moving on our

mats overlooking the mountains and (hopefully) soaking in

the morning rays. The class will be led by the lovely

Rachael, who has been teaching and introducing people to

yoga for over 12 years.

Rachael’s passion for this ancient discipline is as strong

today as it was when she first started. Her enthusiasm and

love for yoga is infectious. Her style of teaching is down

to earth and practical as a means to getting the best out

of each individual regardless of their previous yogic

experience. She welcomes all; men, women, young and more

mature students whether they are beginners or advanced.

Rachael has the ability to make even those who are

stepping foot on the mat for the very first time, feel

confident and fearless in their ability to get the most

out of this practice.

The Brunch: 11 – 12am

Stephanie and Eleonore will serve up a delicious and

healthy feast to nourish both mind and body. Using only

high quality, local and organic ingredients this brunch

will be a fully plant-based meal, free from gluten, dairy

and refined sugars providing you with an abundant of

nutrients to fuel the rest of your day!

Freshly made nut milks, bircher muselis, cinnamon and

chocolate granola pots, cashew yoghurt, fresh juices and

herbal teas, avocado toast plus plenty more. Everyone will

gather around the sharing table to enjoy a delicious and

nutrient rich brunch and perhaps make some new friends

along the way.

The Nutrition Workshop:

12 – 1pm (English)

1 – 2pm (Spanish)

Eleonore who is a qualified Orthomolecular Nutritionist

will deliver a lecture on the main principles of embarking

on a healthier way of eating that is aimed at giving you a

foundation on where to begin or continue on in your own

personal journey with food and lifestyle.

Having been diagnosed with the disease Ulcerative

Collitis, Eleonore has learned to control the disease

through adopting a plant based diet, demonstrating to her

first-hand the power that food has over our health!

This drives her passion for sharing her message and

helping others as she strongly believes that “we are what

we eat!”

She will be open to answering any questions you may have

regarding your own personal journey in health, and most

importantly breaking it down in a simplified and

digestible way so you go away feeling inspired and less

confused than before you turned up!

There will be two lectures back to back, one in Spanish

and one in English and everyone will receive information

packages to take home incase any thing covered gets

The Spa: 2 – 4pm

Bringing the day to a calm and relaxing close everyone

will have exclusive access to the hotel Spa to wind down

in the steam room and sauna, splash about in the Turkish

baths or book in a massage.

We will send you off with some scrumptious goody bags and

hopefully lots of smiles. We can’t wait to share this day

with you and kick off 2015 to a vibrant and healthy start!

Love Stephanie, Rachael & Eleonore
